Cyclops eyes are a single Brass Bead that has been taper drilled so that the bead will slide over the hook barb and may be tied snug against the eye of the hook. Only one eye (bead) is used and it appears as a head on the fly. Cyclops Eyes are very useful on nymphs and other flies. The Bead sinks the fly and creates a special jigging type action on retrieve.
