Making Lure Skirts with the Pro Skirt Tool
	The Pro Skirt Tool is a cam operated skirt collar expander for producing fishing lure skirts. All metal construction. The base and posts are anodized aluminum. The Pro Skirt Tool is a stand alone unit that does not need to be clamped down or attached to a bench or table. The jaws are adjustable with allen set screws. Allen wrenches are provided with the tool.
	The Pro Skirt Tool jaws are pointed so the skirt collar can be easily placed on the tool. The jaws and cam should be adjusted to open the collar to the desired spacing for the skirts you are making.
	Place a collar onto the jaws of the Pro Skirt Tool.
	Using the cam handle, expand the collar until it is open.
	Fold or roll up the skirt layers and place them through the collar.
	Using the cam handle, close the jaws and remove the skirt. Hint: While closing the jaws pull down on both ends of the layers to keep the jaws from closing on them. This will make it easier to remove. Trim both ends of the skirt layers to complete the skirt.
