  • The online store is not able to calculate different shipping charges for different zip codes.  All online invoice will reflect shipping charges for Zone 3.  All orders will be processed through Barlow's office computers and the shipping charges will be corrected and calculated base on the actual shipping zip code.

  • Small Order Charges.  Barlow's does not have a minimum order but does charge a fee for processing small orders.  Orders less than $15.00 in merchandise will incur a small order fee of up to $4.00.  Example: If merchandise total is $5.00 the small order fee is $4.00.  If merchandise total is $13.00 the small order fee is $2.00.

     

  • Barlow's Tackle Shop ships by UPS or USPS only.  Shipping and Processing charges are based on shipment by UPS Ground or USPS Priority at our
    selection.  Please specify in the message box at the end of the order if you must have one specific service. Please note however that there may be additional charges that will be applied if this service costs more than the shipping method Barlow's would normally use.

     

  • If your package is returned because your shipping information is incorrect or the chosen shipping service cannot deliver to the address you provided you may incur additional shipping charges.

  • Shipments outside the Continental U.S. are charged actual postage plus a $3.00 processing fee. This includes Alaska and Hawaii.

 


ADDITIONAL SHIPPING INFORMATION

UPS 3 Day Select, 2 Day Air and Next Day Air delivery are available. Cost for these methods of shipment vary with weight and distance form Richardson, TX. Actual charges for these methods of delivery are added to each order plus $1.50 packaging and processing added to any order less than $60.00 value.

BARLOW'S Tackle Shop Shipping Information


MINIMUM INTERNATIONAL 
SHIPMENT $100.00 U.S.

Barlow's minimum international shipment is $100 U.S. in merchandise.  Shipping cost are additional.  Orders may be shipped by either USPS GLOBAL EXPRESS AIR or UPS AIR.  UPS Air shipments are usually at least 2 times more expensive than USPS, but they are a little faster.  We ship USPS GLOBAL EXPRESS unless UPS is specified.  Shipping costs are determined by destination and weight of shipment.  We cannot estimate shipping cost based on order value.  A $100 shipment of molds is much heavier than a $100 shipment of fly tying materials.


 Below are examples of Global Express shipping cost. An international processing fee of $15 is added to the shipping costs.  The prices below are only examples and are subject to change at any time without notice. Amounts are in U.S. Dollars.

International Shipping Notes:

Payment: Amounts are in U.S. Dollars. Amounts do not include any duties, taxes or insurance. 
Non-Shippable Items: International postal regulations do not allow us to ship any liquids or materials in pressurized containers.  These are items like paint or liquid plastic for making worms.
Shipping Weight: We limit the weight of any international package to 30 pounds. If a shipment weighs more than 30 pounds it will be shipped in multiple boxes and the shipping costs adjusted accordingly.
Customs Declarations:  U.S. Customs Forms are on the outside of each package.  As a policy we will not identify any international shipments as "SAMPLES" of "GIFT".  We also will not indicate a shipment value less than the actual value.
Custom Regulations: We have no knowledge of the custom regulations and restrictions for individual countries.  We recommend that you contact your local customs office if you think there may be customs restrictions on any of the items you want to purchase.  In particular, natural materials such as bucktails, kiptails, feathers, skins, and synthetic materials such as soft plastic lures and silicone skirt materials.  We are not responsible for any replacement, re-shipment or refund for any materials seized by local customs officials.  Information on the materials contained in or used in the manufacture of any item is limited to what is on the package labels, in our catalog or on our web site.  Additional information is not available.
Invoices: Shipping invoices are included with any shipment.  Information on the invoices includes: our name and address, ship to information, item identification by stock number and description, quantities and prices.
Shipment Tracking: All international shipments are sent by United States Postal Global Express.  Tracking and numerical identification for the shipment is available to the point where the shipment is delivered to the local customs  or postal officials and our responsibility for delivery ends at that point. We will be glad to provide tracing information if requested.  Usually this tracing information will allow you to track locally to delivery.
