Skip Cut material comes in a continuous
ribbon that is slit into 42 strands. There is a solid,
non-slit band every 5.25 inches so the material can be cut
into 5.25 inch skirt layers. On layer will make a 42 strand
skirt. You can make double length skirts by cutting the ribbon
10.5 inches and placing the collar on the middle band. Skirts
may be trimmed to shorter lengths if desired. Material comes
carded in 10 foot lengths that will make approximately 22
skirts.
Regular 5 1/2" skirt layer except the strands are twice as wide
a regular layers. Strand width is 0.060" and there are 10
strands per layer. We recommend that you use 3 or 4 layers to make a
bold skirt with wide strands.

skirts for big fish. These layers are 11 inches long which is
twice as long as a regular skirt layer. The Lunker Layers have
9 strands. Each strand is 0.050 inches wide. Use the Lunker
Skirt tool to easily make large large lunker skirts with up to
72 strands.
