Nearly all of the "Error Page" reports we receive are due to the "cookies" in the users computer. There have been two problems identified. The cookie set by the store computer has expired or the file in user computer that holds the cookies is out of disk space. Both of these errors can be fixed by simply deleting the cookies on your computer. Below you will find directions on how to do this.

Directions for deleting cookies.

1. Click the tab that says "Tools" on your tool bar.

2. Select "Internet Options"

3. Click on "Delete Cookies"

4. Click "OK" to delete all cookies.

5. Click "OK" on the Internet Options.

6. Click "Refresh" on your web browser.

You are now finished. This should have fixed the problems you were having.
