This skirt tool is specially made to be used for making large skirts with the lunker skirt layers. The metal barrel on the tool is 5 1/2 inches long, overall length is 6 1/4 inches and the inside diameter is 0.40 inches. You can pull up to 8 lunkers skirt layers through the tool to make a 72 strand skirt. By putting the collar on the layer in different positions you can make skirts of different lengths.
