Precision engineered, this 2-piece mold is designed to give you a straight running ball. You will need your bench vise to stabilize the mold as well as heavier casting equipment.
The electric melting pots we offer are not suitable for use with the downrigger molds because the lead cannot be poured into the mold fast enough and the weight will have layers and creases. We recommend the 50lb cast iron melting pot (stock #471187) and the large ladle (stock #471886)
