Handy little tool for putting skirts onto umbrellas. With the point in the shaft, slide the skirt onto the shaft. A lubricant such as vaseline will make this easier. Remove the point from the shaft, place the umbrella into the shaft and slide the skirt onto the umbrella. Trim the stem and its ready to place on the lure. Be sure to place the skirt onto the lure with the stem end next to the lure body. Umbrellas work best when the skirt collar is in the middle of the skirt.
