BARLOW'S E-MAIL ORDER FORM
This E-mail order blank is provided for you to order merchandise not online, or it may be utilized if you do not want to order through the online store. This is a static order blank and is not linked to any product database. There are no required entries, but please be sure to give adequate information for us to process and fill your order. When we receive an email order it will be processed through our Order Computer and shipping charges added (see below for Shipping charges). We have provided a blank for charge card information. If you do not want to email your charge card information please call 972-231-5982 and give us your charge card information. Any questions, etc, please enter as text on the order blank. Please us multiple order blanks for large orders.
Small Order Charges.
Barlow's does not have a minimum order but must charge a fee for small orders. Orders less than $15.00 in merchandise will incur a small order fee of up to a $4.00 maximum plus specified postage. Example: If merchandise totals $5.00 the small order fee is $4.00. If merchandise total is $13.00 the small order fee is $2.00.

We also accept cash, check and money orders.
